This is Me

Born and bred in Cornwall, I nurtured my creativity from a young age. From birthday party karaoke to my first short story (an adventure starring Chuckie from the Rugrats, written on two folded pages of A4 for my younger sister), I have always had an eye on a career in performance and creation.

In 2016, I graduated from a conservatoire-style training with The Actor’s Wheel and gained a First Class BA in their Acting programme. Since then, I have worked extensively in the South West and made the traitorous move across the Tamar to my new home in Plymouth. I have been lucky enough to work with companies including Theatre Royal Plymouth-supported devising company The Narwhal Ensemble, of which I was a founding member; young audience orientated Paddleboat Theatre Company; and the outdoor touring legends at Illyria.

Lockdown brought space to evaluate, and I decided to return to my love of writing by completing an MA in Creative Writing. I graduated from a challenging and joyful course at Birkbeck College London with a Distinction in 2023.

Ever since, I have been balancing working in both writing and performance spaces. I have been writing my own material for the stage, as well as continuing to work as a freelance performer in the region.

I am always looking to make new connections and broaden my experiences, so, if you like my vibe and have a project you want to talk about, hit the button below.
